We ship standard and priority mail from the USPS to the United States of America.
Our mission is to ensure you receive your package in a timely fashion without hassle; your package is our priority. Depending on your shipping zone from Houston, Texas, will determine the number of days for your package to arrive. Typically, the USPS can deliver within 2-3 business days, depending on weather and holiday peak seasons, which might delay your order. All Jewelry are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Stickers are non-returnable. If you include these items with your return, we will not ship them back to you or issue credit to your account. All sales are final on sale and clearance merchandise.

Once we have your information, we will email you your return shipping label. Please print your label, adhere it to a new or original package we shipped to you, tape your package so it is secure, and send it back to us immediately. Also, include your original or copy of your invoice.
