Shipping and delivery time?

Click Pretty Boutique Photography does not have a physical store location.  We do all our shipping to and from our P.O. Box that is located at:

We ship standard and priority mail from the USPS to the United States of America.  

Our mission is to ensure you receive your package in a timely fashion without hassle; your package is our priority.  Depending on your shipping zone from Houston, Texas, will determine the number of days for your package to arrive.   Typically, the USPS can deliver within 2-3 business days, depending on weather and holiday peak seasons, which might delay your order.  Please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to track the arrival of your package.  All claims of lost or missing packages must be handled with the USPS. We are not responsible for any packages after they have left our store.

What are your returns, exchanges and damages during transit policy?

Like you, we hate the hassle of returning something that didn’t work out, so we have made our return process easy with FREE return shipping, making it risk-free and hassle-free. 

ONLINE PURCHASES:

If you have tried it on or the item(s) did not meet or exceed your satisfaction within 7 days of your items arriving at your destination, we will issue you a full refund.  

However, we ask that all original tags be attached to the item(s) and that they be unworn or washed. Please keep these items away from pets, cigarette smoke, and perfumes to ensure their eligibility for a full refund. We can only accept your return if the above conditions are met.

Credit to your account will vary depending on your card service or bank.  Typically, your account will reflect your credit in 5-7 business days.

All Jewelry are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Stickers are non-returnable.  If you include these items with your return, we will not ship them back to you or issue credit to your account.  All sales are final on sale and clearance merchandise. 

Unfortunately, damaged items happen! We are deeply sorry that you must deal with the damaged item(s) that occurred in transit. Please email us at support@clickprettyboutiquephotography.com immediately within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. We will help make it right.

Return Process:

Dang it, we hate it when it is not meant to be, but we have NO FEAR; we are here to fix it for you. Let’s get started right now:

Please email us at support@clickprettyboutiquephotography.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item that did not work out.

Once we have your information, we will email you your return shipping label.  Please print your label, adhere it to a new or original package we shipped to you, tape your package so it is secure, and send it back to us immediately.  Also, include your original or copy of your invoice.

It’s that simple.
